LINDA CICCONE WEIGAND | OWNER

Linda Ciccone Weigand is the matriarch of the TLCPA dance family. She built this business with blood, sweat, and tap shoes! She began dancing at age three and instantly found her passion. Linda is classically trained in all genres of dance and in 1994 she started this incredible journey with her daughter, Tracy. This mother-daughter team is one of the most notable teams in the dance industry in the state. Linda & Tracy cultivated a truly nurturing, non-competitive dance environment.

Although Linda’s main focus now is running the business, she still loves to dance, teach and perform.

 
 

ARIANNA PEZZULLO | cOMPANY DIRECTOR

Arianna started teaching at TLCPA in 2009 and immediately fell in love with the non-competitive atmosphere and philosophy. Arianna is the CO-COMPANY DIRECTOR at TLCPA and co-choreographer for the studio’s DISNEY and DANCE Performance Teams. Arianna is also the DIRECTOR and creator of TLCPA’s ELITE dance & travel team. The ELITE TEAM gives dancers the opportunity to learn from some of the industry’s best and world renowned choreographers.

Arianna began dancing at the age of three and grew to become a regional and national award winning dancer. Her favorite genre is jazz, but currently teaches our Senior Company as well as our technique, modern, hip-hop and pointe classes. If she is not at the studio, you can catch her designing bridal gowns & accessories under her namesake brand ARIANNA NICOLA BRIDAL.

 

KIM SILVA | PRE-COMPANY TEACHER

Kim joined our TLC Staff at first as an office receptionist, but soon realized how much she missed being in the classroom. Kim has taught all ages and genres of dance over the past thirty years. She is proficient in Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, and Broadway dancing. Kim has performed in, managed, and choreographed Shows at Rocky Point and Six Flags throughout her career.

When Kim was a middle school teacher, she brought her love of dance to her students by running and creating the schools Dance Club, Theatre Club, and Performing Arts Club. She also was a cheer-leading coach for the school and produced two shows per year for the middle school.

TRACY CICCONE DITROIA | ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

Tracy Ciccone is a household name in the industry. She began her dance career as soon as she could walk. She was a Principal Dancer at Festival Ballet, Providence from ages 8 - 15 years old. After graduating High School, Tracy and her best friend Jonathan Galli moved To Los Angeles to pursue their careers with the "Young Americans" Dance Company. It Was here that she would get the chance of a lifetime. At only 19, Tracy was the co-choreographer along with Liz Imperio for Gloria Estefan's 1991 "Into The Light" Tour. Tracy is a true believer that dance is an art and that it truly cannot be judged. She believes that every child deserves the chance to dance!

Tracy has been the CREATIVE & ARTISTIC DIRECTOR of TLCPA since 1998.

 

CRYSTAL PETERSON | OFFICE MANAGER, COMPANY TEACHER

Crystal Peterson grew up at the dance studio and is now an essential part of how the studio runs on a daily basis. Not only does She teach our youngest dancers, pre-company & Junior Company; She also most notably created TLCPA’s Acro Program and ACRO TEAM.

The Acro Program is one of the most popular sectors of classes the studio offers. Crystal is always keeping up with the newest safety precautions for acrobatics, and is always one step ahead of the game when it comes to choreography.

 
 
 

DARIAN WALLACE | HIP HOP, cOMPANY TEACHER

Darian has been dancing since he could walk, he is a self taught hip-hop dancer & choreographer. He was twenty years old when he first walked into a dance studio and fell in love with the environment. Darian teaches at a handful of studios in the New England area.

He also is a choreographer for a well known singer and her back-up dancers. Darian continues to push himself in in his craft by taking classes whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Darian also has a clothing line called “Inspired Apparel”. His line teaches us that no matter who you are or what you do, there is something that inspires you everyday to wake up and go after the things you want most out of life!

CRYSTAL FERRAZZANO | COMPANY DIRECTOR

Crystal Ferrazzano took her first dance class with TLCPA at age seven and never left! It did not take her long to realize she found her true passion and that her love of dance would last a lifetime. Crystal is now the CO-COMPANY DIRECTOR at TLCPA and co-choreographer for the studio’s DISNEY and DANCE Performance Teams.

Crystal’s love of her craft and her students shines through her choreography every year. She was an integral part in starting the TLCPA “Technique” program, focusing on the progression of attaining proper body alignment, conditioning the body, and strengthening the muscles.

 
 

ASHLEY WHEATON | COMPANY TEACHER

Ashley beagn dancing with TLCPA at the age of two. She is trained in all genres of dance and is currently our Sophomore & Junior company teacher. Her love for her students is like no other and she is by far the best mini hip hop teacher the studio has ever seen.

She is the first one to teach a new hip hop trend and choreograph to the throwback classics and the new pop music of the times.

In her career outside of the studio Ashley has attained two masters degrees: one in Teaching for Elementary Education and her second in Library Media. She is currently a library media specialist in the Rhode Island area.
